Bordeaux Point RV Park Rules

Quiet time: 10 PM through 7 AM – Please be considerate of others.  No loud music at any time.

Check Out time is 1:00 PM< – Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer.  The earlier your register the better your chance of keeping your site.

Speed Limit – Please observe a speed limit of no more than 15 MPH.  There are children, dogs and golf carts to watch out for.

Unlicensed vehicles – All golf carts and ATVs must be accompanied by an adult.  Stay on roads, no short cuts.  You will be fined for breaking the rules $50.00 per offense.  In leaving the park drivers must use the County black top road to come and go.

Sewer Connection – A positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required.  Mississippi law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector or a rubber donut.

Children – We want the children to be safe and have a good time, but always under the watchful eye of a parent or guardian.  Please use good judgement if you decide to leave your children at the park when you are gone.  We are not responsible for their safety or welfare.  You are liable for their behavior.  The lake and boat launch ramp are not for swimming and playing.  Anyone fishing must be accompanied by an adult.

Pets – Please maintain control of your pets.  The park limit is for 2 pets per RV.  Owners must clean up after their pets.  Do not leave pets tethered on a leash/chain, or in a pen outside overnight or when you are absent.  This applies to dogs as well as cats.  These rules are for health reasons as well as the respect for others.  No aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed in the park.  See list.

Trash – All garbage must be bagged and tied; boxes broken down.  Do not leave trash outside your RV.  Cleanliness of the park is important to us.  Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by Management.

Internet – Wireless internet is at lessee’s expense Bordeaux Point is not responsible for the operation of this service.

No Fireworks Allowed.  No open firearms displayed or shot in the park.

Parking – Two vehicles only per RV space, if space is large enough.  Please park parallel to your RV and out of the main drive/road.

Clothes lines allowed on Wednesday only and must be rolled up on other days.

Bordeaux Point is not responsible for any electric components.

Conduct – Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene behavior, obnoxious or obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated.  These are all reasons for immediate eviction.

Drugs – No illegal drugs of any form will be allowed on Bordeaux Point Property.  Persons caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without refund.  Persons knowing of these activities are encouraged to notify Management.

Liability – All park facilities and equipment of the park are intended for the convenience of the guest.  Any and all persons using these facilities and/or equipment DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK and consent.  The park Management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, ACTS OF GOD, or other unfortunate circumstances.  The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals, or pets, at their site for any/all damage to the park.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT OR REFUSE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAK OR DISREGARD ANY RULES, AND WITHOUT REFUND.  MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANYONE.  MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES WHEN NECESSARY.

We know most RVers to be some of the most helpful, honest and kind folks in the world, and with good common sense, needing no written rules as they respect the welfare and rights of others.  These rules are to guide those who do not yet respect the property and rights of others.

This property is under 24-hour surveillance.  Equipment in use is to aid in prosecution of any crimes committed against this business.
